About us
For over 40 years, I've been on a mission to transform the collision repair industry and empower drivers to make informed decisions that keep their families safe on the road. It all started when I got that fateful call from my mother - my father, a top auto body technician in the collision industry, had suffered a devastating injury that left him unable to work. As the oldest, I had to step up and do whatever it took to support my father, mother, brothers and sisters.
Over the next four decades, I witnessed the collision industry undergo massive changes - new technology was being implemented on cars making the repair process more complex, customer expectations skyrocketed, and new repair certification programs began to emerge. I started channeling my energy into understanding these new OEM requirements and how I to deliver timely effective information to my customers. However, as my expertise grew, I began to notice a disturbing pattern, too many collision centers were not repairing vehicles correctly or safely, especially according to manufacturer repair requirements. And worst of all, customers were being left in the dark, often only learning the hard way that the car they trusted to protect their loved ones was not functioning as the manufacturer intended.
That's when I knew I had to take action. In 2011, after my father's death and his long bout with cancer, I made the difficult decision to move on from the family business and go to work for the #1 luxury automotive brand in the world. There, I had the privilege of building relationships with the engineers responsible for designing cutting-edge technologies for late model vehicles. That's when I learned the "why" behind required manufacture's repair procedures - it wasn't just about making things look good but more importantly ensuring the critical safety features were operating to keep all road users safe. This was a pivotal moment in my career. I realized my true calling was not just to be a collision repair expert, but to educate ALL road users and create a system that would standardize the collision industry, foster transparency, and build trust amongst all parties involved in the repair process.
That's why I founded Mobile Management Systems - my first objective was to shine a light on the number one cause of teenage deaths, motor vehicle accidents, and second, to give customers a trusted resource to get their questions answered and third, to find reputable service centers dedicated to repairing their vehicles according to manufactures requirements assuring the vehicle is performing as the manufacture intended and lastly to provide a training resource for individuals in or interested the administrative branch of the automotive industry.
My mission is simple: to provide tools designed to help automotive service providers educate and bring transparency to all facets of the automotive service industry, and to empower customers so they can make informed decisions about their vehicles based on practical knowledge.
