About Section

Today's collision repair industry sits at the intersection of technology, safety, and trust.  When any of those three break down, when a shop doesn't know what a repair requires, when a professional isn't trained to ask the right questions, when a driver doesn't understand the systems protecting themselves and other road users, people get hurt.

Mobile Management Systems exists to close that gap.

About Jim

I spent 40 years in this industry starting as an Engineer on the floor, moving into Damage Analysis, shop management, and eventually ownership. I ran the largest privately owned collision center in the country for the # 1 luxury automotive brand in the world. I helped build their first OEM certification program. I've sat across the table from insurance adjusters, manufacturers, and customers who deserved better than what the industry was giving them.

That experience is the foundation of everything MMS builds. Every tool, every training module, every piece of consumer content exists because I watched a preventable problem go unsolved for too long.

This industry can do better. That's what we're here for.
